The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Visa Program is the fastest way to get a Green Card for an investment
Program participants can be citizens of any country who have invested at least $800,000 in business projects approved by the US government for this program. After 4-6 years, the entire investment amount is returned back to the investor. In exchange for investments, a foreign investor and all members of his family (including children under 21 who are not married) receive a residence permit - Green Card - in a simplified order based on one package of documents. Moreover, after five years, the investor and his family members can (if desired) apply for an American passport. The term of consideration of the application is from 12 to 36 months. The program operates under constant supervision of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
